Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Operational data and permitted use
NASOPS provides operational decision-support information assembled from multiple high-quality sources. The platform is not a certified safety-of-flight system, not an ATC replacement, and must not be used as the sole source for aviation safety, law enforcement, or judicial action. You are responsible for validating information against the authoritative operational sources required in your environment.
Service availability and changes
NASOPS may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
The platform, software, branding, and content are owned by NASOPS LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NASOPS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse of the platform, suspected fraud, payment failure, or security/operational risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
