What we collect

Depending on your use of the platform, we may collect:

• Onboarding and profile data: organization, job title, intended use case, and related account notes.
• Subscription metadata: plan, status, Stripe customer/subscription reference IDs, and billing lifecycle timestamps.
• Usage and product analytics: page views, airport views, last activity timestamps, and feature interaction metrics.
• Support communications you send to us by email or contact forms.

How we use data

• Authenticate accounts and apply route/subscription access controls.
• Operate subscriptions, renewals, cancellation workflows, and account administration.
• Provide dashboards, alerts, downloads, and product features requested by users.
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve security and performance.
• Respond to support requests and required service communications.

Payments and Stripe

Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers, CVC values, or full payment instrument details on NASOPS LLC systems. Stripe processes payment data under Stripe's own terms and privacy policies.

Data sharing and sales

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate NASOPS (for example: hosting, authentication, logging/monitoring, and payment processing) or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain data as long as needed to operate accounts, satisfy contractual obligations, enforce terms, and comply with legal requirements. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for stored data, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
